We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center as we continue our journey toward Five Stars. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, mission-driven leader who is energized by building strong teams, elevating quality outcomes, and creating an exceptional experience for our residents and employees. As Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors.
